Hi, my name is Phil Trott.
With a rich background in luxury hotel management, I honed a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service. After relocating from British Columbia to New Brunswick, I transitioned into real estate, where I now combine my experience with my lifelong love of photography. As a REALTOR®, I not only help clients find their dream homes but also assist fellow REALTORS by providing high-quality photos, drone shots, 3D video rendering, and detailed floor plans that elevate their listings. On a personal note, I’m a proud father to Jacob and Kayla, who live in Edmonton (Go Oilers!), and my youngest, Aylish, keeps life fun here in New Brunswick. My better half, Amy, keeps me grounded as we continue to make memories in this beautiful part of the world.
